Brent Bates brings more than 30 years of experience in the plumbing industry, beginning his career as a licensed Journeyman Plumber and growing into leadership roles across operations, sales, safety, and general management. He often jokes that he's a "sewer guy turned executive", but his approach to leadership has remained grounded in the fundamentals: take care of your people, take care of your customers, and lead by example.

Jared is the first point of contact for any new plumbing construction. He is capable of performing scope review for any type of project ranging from budgetary pricing to contracted permitted work. He is also the preconstruction coordinator for assisting clients in satisfying their expectations and goals.
